I'm kicking off the new year on Discovering Delight by acknowledging how chaotic life has felt and setting an intention to complain less and talk about my work with more gratitude. A friend recently called out how I've been speaking from exhaustion and dread about the very things I prayed for, so I'm trying to harness the "year of the fire horse" energy with more courage, movement, and optimism. I share work updates: Coyi is expanding from Coyi Drama Club into a theatre company with a second project coming, I'm building offerings for youth and adults, and I won seed funding from a training program—plus I gained a local mentor. I also have speaking gigs and a podcasting masterclass ahead, I'm redefining success and support, and I'm committing to documenting my work and posting monthly episodes.
